Standalone Installation
NaviPress works as a Web page authoring tool with or without a network
connection. On Windows
3.1, if you installed NaviPress without a network connection and now want
to use it over the Internet, you must change your
installation.
Network Connections Known to Work with NaviPress
- Direct Internet connections, including SLIP and PPP connections
through Internet Service Providers.
- AOL for Windows - see Keyword NaviSoft to download AOL's special WINSOCK.DLL.
- The Windows-only
GNN Internet access
service.
- Microsoft Network.
- Compuserve's PPP Internet access.
Networks That Do Not Currently Work with NaviPress
- Prodigy.
- Genie.
- AOL for Macintosh.
